The Waveland Fire Department is committed to keeping our community informed about fire and flood information. We are dedicated to the protection and preservation of our community. 

We have protected the Waveland community in one form or another since 1888. From the first volunteer company to today's professional 15 career, 20-auxilary and 5 volunteer staff department, we have maintained a consistently high standard of community service and protection. The Waveland Fire Department has a Class 5 Fire Protection Rating awarded by the Mississippi State Fire Rating Bureau.
